The location of the hotel is acceptable, but the furniture is old and the service is mediocre. The facilities of fast hotels like Marriott are generally crude, especially the bathrooms are small and very inconvenient.

The hotel is good, the shower head works well, unlike some American hotels, the shower head is not very good. Suite, large space, microwave, breakfast is very good 👍🏻 I ate the best time in a week when I came out!

Very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean, bed was comfortable. Pillows could have been better but not too bad. Housekeeper on Sunday March 6, 2022 was very accommodating and friendly

The customer service and breakfast was good. But the BED was HORRIBLE. it squeaked every time you moved on it. After a long 10hr drive I felt exhausted and just wanted a decent nights sleep, Well I felt worse when I woke up. The bed had to be old, ceiling in the bathroom was peeling i have pictures and the counter in the bathroom was never cleaned. There were old water marks on the bathroom sink. Its a good thing I travel with lysol wipes and a can of lysol. I have stayed at another springhill suites and did not have the same experience. Marriott really need to pay me for staying there. They also need to step up their game with ensuring all guest have a comfortable nights sleep. I will add photos later i took them on my business phone.

Only complaint is the mattress needed replacing. It was not supportive and sagged in the middle. Manager was doing double duty as bartender and checkin, so there was a slight wait to checkin
