We have stayed in this hotel a few times and the rooms are nice for a pretty good deal and close to the mall.

It’s was a great weekend in the city! We arrived early and were able to check in at 1030am a very big plus! The room was large and spacious all amenities were neatly placed throughout the room an adequate amount of towels and wash cloths provided! The front desk morning and evening hours were pleasant and so helpful! Lobby entrance clean, breakfast area clean, pool, business center, and gym all operational a big plus! The room, the visit, the stay were perfect, I highly recommend this property!

Stayed here while attending son’s graduation. I was tempted to drop this review to two circles given what I tend to expect from Hampton Inn hotels. There was some good here but it paled to other Hampton Inns. The good - room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is what you would tend to expect from Hampton. Location is convenient right off 581 with easy access to I -81. Bed itself was reasonably comfortable. The not so good - Some wear and tear. Bathroom door stuck horribly. Pillows were essentially nonexistent. Cleaning room never happened even though every other day cleaning advertised ( we were there three nights). Service with exception of evening desk person was thoroughly indifferent. So you have options near Roanoke Airport. I would advise looking elsewhere.

We had to check in after midnight on 1/27/24 and were able to get an airport shuttle quickly. Kendra at the front desk was great. Thanks!
