Best Roanoke Spa Hotels

The price of the hotel is reasonable, the breakfast is very rich, the environment is simple and clean, suitable for travel and living!

The customer service and breakfast was good. But the BED was HORRIBLE. it squeaked every time you moved on it. After a long 10hr drive I felt exhausted and just wanted a decent nights sleep, Well I felt worse when I woke up. The bed had to be old, ceiling in the bathroom was peeling i have pictures and the counter in the bathroom was never cleaned. There were old water marks on the bathroom sink. Its a good thing I travel with lysol wipes and a can of lysol. I have stayed at another springhill suites and did not have the same experience. Marriott really need to pay me for staying there. They also need to step up their game with ensuring all guest have a comfortable nights sleep. I will add photos later i took them on my business phone.

Stayed in a circle of hotels This very comfortable hotel, the bathroom is very spacious, the shower is very comfortable, the supplies are very tasteful, will come often!

Let’s just say I was welcomed to Virginia with open arms. His name is Monté. Works at the front desk with a smile as precious as warm hug. Everything from there was set and comfortable. I didn’t need for much at all. It was refreshing to meet someone who was bright, enthusiastic and interested in much more than himself. Many spend so much time simply working their jobs. He was very purposeful in his approach & I witnessed him accept others during that stay with that same flame! I was 100% satisfied in general, but if you’re looking for the “key” to your room, he’s definitely that! Give him a visit and say hello. He was the best!

The hotel was wonderful. The staff were amazing.It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within 1 miles distance. Would definitely stay there again. Enjoyed

This review is for Econo Lodge in Martinsville, VA. We stayed here because we were going to the Martinsville race. The site said it was 3 miles away from the track which it wasn’t it was six but it was still an easy shot. The room was very outdated; the carpet was disgusting, one of the chairs was stained with who knows what, the covers had cigarette burns in them but they did smell freshly laundered. The water ran continually in the tub & there wasn’t great water pressure. The hair dryer blew up. We were happy each time with the desk staff. The continental breakfast was normal & the apples were fresh & tasty!

The hotel is well located. The Front Desk Staff was professional, helpful and made check in and check out a breeze. The room was standard Courtyard Fare, but comfortable and well set up. We didn't use any other facilities than stay in the room, check in and check out, so can't comment on the food and other facilities. But for what we needed and wanted, it was exactly what we needed.

I've stayed here at least once a year for many years as I travel to visit my family. It has never been updated that I recall. There were brown stains on the carpet, the bathtub faucet dripped all night, and the sheets were so thin I thought they would tear. Overall the room seemed clean but really shabby. I'll be looking for another location for my next trip even if I have to drive another hour or so before stopping for the night.
