Premier Inns are usually pretty good. However, this one was located on what was to all intents and purposes an Industrial Estate. Room was comfortable as expected, and the food was edibale as expected. Service was excellent. However, no access to fresh air in the bedroom!

From the moment we walked through the door customee service was amazing, Denise greated us with her infectious personality and smile making us feel at home. Throughout our stay nothing was too much for the team, with them going above and beyond to ensure we were happy with all elements of our stay. I have stayed at many Premier inns in my time and have never had such a positive customer experience as I have here, a job well done to all, especially Denise who is truly 1 in a million :)

The car park was good, the room was good and we had a great night’s sleep. We also had a very reasonable evening meal for what we paid on the meal deal. Breakfast however, was appalling. No dishes, insufficient fruit salad, long waits for main cooked items, the bacon then ran out completely. Tables not being cleared so families were waiting for tables an excessive length of time. The staff were poorly organised and just could not cope. They didn’t seem to care that customers were just left.

There were a few issues throughout my stay: I was greeted by the self service machines and then a receptionist came to the rescue. I was taking a nap and the alarms went off. It was not clear that it was just a fire drill. Literally, I had water provided in the canister instead of body shampoo in the bathroom. However, it was overall a good stay. My room overlooked the river and it was calm. A good place for long walks too.

Friendly staff. Easy access to A2 , M2 . Lots of restaurant and cinema , bowling all walking distance from the hotel. Very quiet and had a very good sleep . Parking is not a problem . Will definitely book again

On arrival the car park was full of builders vans taking up 2 spaces each. It looked like someone had been sick in a lift, and it had been poorly cleaned. It stayed the same for 3 days. The room was tired, grotty, and had dirty football marks on the ceiling. It was in desperate need of a makeover! The mattress was sagging and there were staples in the carpet. The builders were coming back late, stomping around and slamming doors. Then repeating that from 5 in the morning. Maybe put the tradesmen in one area together? You could even make them park at one end of the car park, it's big enough! For what our three night stay cost, I was expecting better. Overall, I am very disappointed.

Had booked 2 nights at this Premier Inn with meal deal, wish i had not. The wait to get a table in the evening was long as they did not have enough staff. ordered my main course at 6.40pm, arrived at my table at 7.20pm, got told three things on the menu were not available so had the burger, wish i had not. It was over cooked and the chips were cold, did not wait for the dessert as had work to do.

We booked a 3 night stay. As soon as we arrived we were made very welcome. Staff were very helpful and one in particular. Who's name is Gill always had a smile and very chatty The room was very nice and comfortable only one small comment there is only one armchair so we had to take turns sitting in it But overall it was a brilliant experience will recommend it And the food was amazing

I had an amazing experience at the hotel, in terms of neatness, services and others. My expectations were met and i had no reason to complain. Even my friends that visited me gave the hotel a good rating. Kudos!
