The toilet is bad and water stopped working sometimes, the room ambient is bad.

A fantastic hotel with amazing staff! Binuka is welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home. The hotel was clean , rooms are comfortable comes with kitchen .Highly recommend this place! for long stay also I am extending my stay . Thanks to housekeeper Nohelia she always give good service cleaning my room

I stay in this hotel often and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Nemoon helped me when the hotel was over booked and really took care of me.

First the positives, Nemoon (Front desk) and Benuka (Assistant Manager) are extremely kind people doing the best they can to provide good service. They are kind, sweet and honest during their interactions. The hotel itself being renovated recently is a bit fresher than your standard ESA, however several points of improvement including a stale smell of smoke in the room, when housekeeping visited they did a very surface level job and the bare minimum of changing sheets, no towels were left and no surfaces were cleaned (including kitchen + BR).

Without me going into detail. Please know that this location has a very rare jewel, and his name is Hameed. I am VERY big on customer service and how people are treated. Hameed was wonderful and gets a A+ all the way across the board! Keep up the great week Hameed!

enjoyed my stay very much, rooms were clean and staff was very friendly, especially Nemoon.

No rooms, was upgraded so I could still get in. Nemoon was at the desk, took care of it.
