"Bathroom, towels and sheets clean, rest of room sticky and smelly. Bathroom vent broken. Windows dirty. There were 3 of us (1 adult and 2 children), we were only provided with 2 sets of towels. We received no room service (2 night stay), had to ask for new ones second day. Pool absolutely nasty. Breakfast lights off during breakfast. Only positive thing: concierge proactive and resolved all needs expressed (fresh towels and tv cable malfunction). Not worth the money."
