入住體驗比較滿意。酒店小巧玲瓏，裝修有品位，房間温暖明亮，設施齊全，床鋪舒適。工作人員熱情周到，服務一流，讓人感覺賓至如歸。法式早餐營養可口。酒店位置便利，交通便捷，周圍景點商店餐廳也很多。總的來説，我對比尼酒店的入住體驗很滿意。

Petit hôtel très chaleureux, la réceptionniste est très gentille et à l'écoute des clients, elle à décalé l'heure pour le petit déjeuner suite à notre demande, merci beaucoup! Super bonne expérience! Petit bémol, il n'y a pas de stationnement gratuit et les murs ne sont pas super bien isolés du bruit des autres chambres. C'était un très bon séjour à Rodez!

A Very unique experience. It was quiet and relaxing and cozy. The beds, comfortable. The cleanliness was superb. It was close to all amenities and restaurants. The staff were knowledgeable and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay there and will stay there again when we return to Rodez.

Un très bon point pour la jeune réceptionniste ( Solène) , qui est a l'écoute des clients. Qui a su écouter mes demandes et trouver des solutions à mes exigences. Professionnelle et efficace. Elle a su trouver une solution a toutes mes demandes et dans le genre client casse bonbon , je suis pas mal dans mon genre. Super hôtel très bon rapport qualité prix.

Un petit hôtel situé au centre ville de Rodez, juste derrière la cathédrale. Accueil chaleureux et très sympa. En clair : très professionnel. Petit déjeuner copieux, très varié avec de bons produits. D’excellents conseils pour choisir un restaurant à proximité. Chambre (la 25), spacieuse, très confortable et bien chauffée.
