We have a group that goes there every year and has for several. I did not get to go this year but the guys that did said never again. The year before was bad and it has only gotten worse. One said the toilet never did work in their room and no one came to fix it. Most said the towels were a cheap disgrace. All said the breakfasts were a joke and they went to a fast food place. Some were charged way more than they were quoted. There was no room service and all said things were dirty. When any complained to management they said he just ignored them. I told one to tell him we would not be back anymore. He said he did and the manager just walked back in his office. Was a real nice place when Bruce was alive and stayed there but it sure has changed.

I booked this room in advance and was sent a confirmation for $107. I noticed later that they charged me $144 upon checkout. Not cool.also, the entire time I was there, there were NEVER more than 4 cars in the parking lot, but they gave me a room with a view of nothing but the roof and air conditioning units. WHY?!

We booked a room last minute on Memorial Day weekend on a Saturday. Reserved a king bedroom and when we checked in, the GM upgraded us to a full suite (no extra charge). That suite was huge, with a nice sofa and a wet bar area with a sink, fridge and microwave. Very nice. Clean hotel and rooms, easy parking. Wifi worked just fine as well, we streamed some shows on our laptop, all good! Very nice hot breakfast the next morning, with all the good stuff and the usual waffles, too. No complaints at all, only good things to say.

Stayed here earlier this month and was pleasantly surprised on how good this property was, it certainly passed the cleanliness test in my book, don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. This hotel has an indoor pool, i didn't use it so I don't really know if a hot tub was there as well, but they have a good free breakfast, better than most comfort inns. Hotel is a little ways off of I-81, other than that very nice.

Room smelled like rotten meat left out for months. Mold is ice bucket and shower. Daughter coughed whole time in room. While town booked up so no other option. Asked to not be charged for unused safe but was charges
