The most rude lady at the front desk. Disappointing. No airport pick up available either and ignored my emails requesting one

I their female dorm area. The lady at the reception is selective on giving the best attitude toward the customers. I can see her smiling at other guest, while she's giving attitude towards me. For my first day I paid extra 8€ for the early check-in. Then when I went inside the room and the bed is not yet ready. They do not provide basic toiletries like toothbrush and paste . This is my first time staying in a dorm room that do not provide KEYS OR PADLOCK on the cabinet. You need to bring one so you can make sure that your things are safe. The lady at the reception also did not tell me what time is the breakfast and where to go, did not advise if wifi is available at the room or not. This is basic information that you need to give to your guest upon checkin since they're paying. For my 2nd night (4th pic) I stayed in their double room bookef via agoda. Will leave my review there

Overall my stay was fine, but as I travel alone I was deeply disappointed that there was simply no room in shuttle bus left when I arrived to airport (it was a last one, that lives 10 PM). Same situation was with morning bookings, so keep in mind to rather not rely on a shuttle and an Uber one way would cost you about 12-15euro.

The hotel is very nice, located near the airport. There is a transfer, but it is limited in time. Since I arrived late, I had to call a taxi. Taxi drivers are reluctant to take orders, because it is close. I mistakenly booked a bed in a men's room. I had to translate what was written in French, because on Trip com when booking in Russian there were no explanations. But the employee helped me and put me in a women's room. Climbing up to the second floor of the bed is a little inconvenient, but the sleeping area is very large, the linen is clean, they give a towel.

I stayed here for a transit in Paris. Access from CDG was harder than I expected, so it may be easier to get there by using the hostel's shuttle bus (paid). I got there by bus and on foot, but it was quite tiring. There were a few small bugs in the room, which was a bit unpleasant. There was also no hair dryer, and the window had to be opened and closed with a button on the window side (there was no explanation, so it took me a while to find it). Still, I think the room was worth the price.

The real room is better than the one in the photo, because I stayed there for one night and got on the plane, so it’s still pretty good. We just checked in at night, so we had dinner there. They said they had a welcome drink. When we asked about the drink, the waiter there didn't speak English, but he pretended to understand what we said in English, which caused a misunderstanding. When placing the order, I was asked twice if this was the Welcome drink? She quickly smiled and said Yes, Ok, no problem, and in the end we had to pay for the drinks we ordered. When we finally called the manager to resolve the misunderstanding, they initially said it was our problem, and that Common Sense would not provide drinks on the menu, and that we all have trained staff. Really OMG, the service really has a lot of room for improvement. Although I know that when you go to a different country, you really need to learn their local language, but I think that in a hotel next to the airport, which is also an international city, the employees must have basic English speaking skills and be able to receive international tourists. The hotel room is clean and tidy, as long as you don't go to the restaurant, communication can't be done, and it feels uncomfortable to have to pay in the end.

Our plane was delayed, so we arrived late and tired and had to wait an hour standing for check-in. When you have to get up early the next day it is unacceptable. The positive point is that we had warned that we would be late, that there would no longer be a shuttle and the necessary arrangements were made to have a taxi wait for us at the airport. The floor of the room was not very clean, we walked barefoot and dust stuck underneath. To top it all off, we had to have breakfast at 6:00 a.m. to leave at 6:30 a.m. with the shuttle and everything was not laid out when we arrived in the lounge. Despite everything the staff is very friendly, it's a shame. It would take 2 people to check in when it is busy and it is late. I hope this comment will help you improve the quality of service.
