DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. I booked this hotel through *******. They said they have no front desk and they would contact me to arrange checkin. They never did. 24hrs before the checkin I tried calling them (they hung up on me), I tried emailing them (it came back as undeliverable). I tried texting them, and they asked me which hotel I was texting about, and how much I was told to pay. When I canceled the hotel through ******* (24hrs before checking in) they refused to pick up the phone for *******. Because it was within the 24hrs before checkin, I couldn't get a refund. $200USD gone. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.
