B&B Roma Royal Residence

Stayed in a double and triple room (my wife and I in one and 3 children - 21, 19 and 14 - in other) in March/April 24. Superb location for all the main sites - walking to Trevi, Pantheon, Colloseum and 15 min bus to Vatican. Very clean, excellent staff and good breakfast - meats, breads, cakes, fruit, yoghurt. Building full of character, great comms and assistance throughout. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place near all the major touristic attractions The room are very clean, comfortable and the staff was great. The breakfast is Italian and international. Great coffee. Definitely We will stay again in this guest house. Thanks for all Happy new year

This is not a luxury hotel but it is fantastic value and you get what is described and more. Check in was quick and someone was there to greet us when we arrived. The room was clean, neat, and had plenty of space and storage. The breakfast is ample. The staff were very friendly. When we explained we had a very early return flight they supplied us with extra breakfast items the day before our departure. The location was perfect! It is a 15 minute walk from Roma termini train station and a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. There is lots of shopping including groceries close by. There are quaint restaurants with outdoor seating right at your door step. One evening we were serenaded by the owner a wine bar while we ate our dinner on the street just outside of the hotel. ❤ We loved our stay and would definitely go back when we are in Rome.

A surprisingly honest and cozy B&B in the heart of Rome, nearly in the center of everywhere ! It's a very nice choise when you're looking for accommodation either for holidays or work. Located near bus & Metro stations, with stores, restaurants, supermarkets, café etc in 1 minute walk. Small but clean air-conditioned room for 2-3 people (B5) with it's own private balcony, which was awesome! (I beleive the room photos in their site are from building A). Simple furniture but with comfy mattresses, WiFi and a big flat ΤV and fully renovated bathroom. They even had espresso machine with capsules waiting for us on arrival! Very-very-very friendly and helpful staff and quite rich breakfast, served in our private balcony! I'd like also to special thank Alessia for preparing our breckfast for the check out morning and leaving it to our room from the night before, because we had to leave at 6:00am. Overall, we didn't find anything we didn't like and believe me, we've been in several B&B in the past. I really recommend it to anyone going to Rome and I can't wait to go back again. Me my wife and my son, really enjoyed staying there! Thanks for the hospitality! 😊
