The hotel has THE PERFECT LOCATION. It’s walking distance (10 minutes) from the railway station but far away enough to be in a safe area, near 2 amazing basilicas. As you can see in the photos, I had a wonderful view of Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore from the room.
The hotel is the restored old granary of Basilica of Santa Prassede. It’s an historic building, each floor has the names of the cereals that were stored here.
The staff is very kind, very very efficient and generally lovely.
The room was clean, not too spacious, especially the bathroom, but ok.
Unfortunately we booked a room with breakfast, but the hotel doesn’t offer this service any longer (not the hotel’s fault, but the booking supplier). Thankfully there are some nice bar in the area and the reception staff was able to direct us (go early as they are all quite busy).
Overall I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel's location is very convenient to the station and attractions. Although I was told by the front desk that there was no breakfast, the overall quality of the room was comfortable and satisfactory. Attached is a photo of the skylight in one room;-)

The location of the room is very good, very close to the subway station. The room is a bit small. The front desk is very welcoming, but I don’t know why the hotel’s cups feel prickly when I sleep. It’s not very comfortable. Everything else is good

Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
Advantages: the hotel is very well located in a quiet area and close to everything; the rooms are charming and comfortable.
Disadvantages: the service was not great as the room was not ready upon check-in and the second room had malfunctioning appliances. The issue was resolved eventually, we were moved to a different room quite quickly and could settle for the rest of the stay comfortably.

He estado hospedado en éste hotel en 2 ocasiones en 2017 y 2021, pero he notado aspecto que dejan bastantes que desear, limpieza, poca empatia del personal, incluso un dia nos han dejado con la habitación sin hacer, es inconcebible que un hotel de 4 estrellas ocurran esas cosas. Ya cambiere de hotel en mi próxima visita a Roma.

24 hour staff helpful. An excellent location in an historic building. Room OK. Bathroom small and almost clean. Shower too small. I would describe this establishment as serviced rooms and not as a hotel as no breakfast, food, bar or restaurant or anywhere to sit. We checked that we were in a superior room as the images advertised did not resemble our room and appeard to be a standard room.
