Baboon Room

Cozy structure in a very central place! A few steps from Spagna and Piazza del Popolo, we had a great time! Cleanliness, services and availability. Comfortable and equipped room, fantastic bathroom with spacious shower, fresh linen... in short, we will certainly return. Competent and helpful staff, excellent value for money!

The room is not maintained, the doors in two closets had broken hinges, the refrigerator did not work, and one of the sinks was clogged, and the bathroom ceiling is peeling. We told the receptionist that we only saw him one day and he didn't pay any attention. On the second day, when we returned around 1:00 p.m., we found the room without cleaning or changing towels, and we notified the person in charge via WhatsApp and she did not respond until 9:00 p.m., saying that we were in the room when they were going to clean, when We had left at 8:00 in the morning. The next day they gave us 3 shower towels, and two for the sink, when we were two adults and two children, and they did not replace the toilet paper, having to buy it. The access door has a password but to exit it has an emergency bar having to knock on the bar. In our room, being located next to the entrance, we heard the entrances and exits, in the early hours of the morning, due to the door slamming and banging. At no time is there anyone you can contact directly. The common areas, stairs and elevator are very old. Furthermore, it is very small, the four of us couldn't get in, you can almost never use the elevator because the doors are left open and you have to walk up, and it is especially hard with children, having to go up the stairs. The breakfast is not worth it, one One of the details is that they put the juice in a plastic cup...

Stanze nuovissime e pulite, il design è moderno e sono confortevoli. C’è anche una comoda cucina dotata frigorifero a disposizione dei clienti. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. È stata una buona permanenza.

Struttura fantastica,centralissima,a 1 minuto da piazza di Spagna e su una delle vie principali di Roma.Camera pulitissima e molto curata,bagno moderno e ben accessoriato. Colazione in camera, portata da una signora molto gentile, salata o dolce in base alla scelta espressa a Debora, una ragazza molto disponibile che ti accoglie all'arrivo e che rimane sempre a disposizione per ogni eventuale chiarimento o necessità. Siamo rimasti davvero sorpresi della nostra scelta, che ci ha regalato un soggiorno favoloso a prezzi contenuti. Meno male che esistono ancora posti così!!!un applauso;) Roma da sogno...e quando torneremo faremo di certo affidamento a voi! Grazie di tutto, Francesca

Very nice rooms, very nice bathroom. Spacious and very good heating system. Excellent location, close to all attractions. polite and very friendly staff, especially the girl at breakfast. The breakfast maybe we would like to have more options.
