깨끗한 호텔이었고, 5분정도 걸어나오면 식당과 상점, 마트가 있어 편했습니다.
로마 시내까지 주변 버스와 지하철을 이용해 20분정도로 갈 수 있습니다.

服務：尚可，行政管理有待改善，尤其文件有點混亂，與同事間溝通不足

Very hidden location, no clear directions on where to find the hotel. The staff were unorganised. The room is very basic and you don’t get many toiletries, we had to ask multiple times for toilet roll. They cleaned our room daily but never changed the towels and we stayed for 5 days. Air con, made us both extremely ill and it was leaking causing damp in the walls. Some staff members nice, other extremely rude and very unwelcoming, making us feel very uncomfortable.

No one on reception to check in, long wait. Room very basic. Amenities such as toilet paper and shower gel not restocked during stay. Rooftop bar has good view, ruined by poor hygiene. Both restaurant toilets blocked and overflowing. Air con leaking in room and lights damaged. Safe also not working. Will find better alternatives for the price.

Struttura nuovissima e bellissima, arredata con gusto e in linea di principio ricca di servizi. Sul servizio hotel non ho esperienza, su quello residenziale (long-stay) sì. Nel primo anno di apertura (22/23) noi residenti siamo stati trattati in maniera poco professionale. Cito solo alcuni fatti: - per un mese siamo stati senza palestra (prevista da contratto) e per tutto l'anno senza SPA e senza 7 su 12 postazioni per cucinare, ma non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di rimborso per questo - la cucina, comune ai ca. 70 residenti, veniva lasciata sporca da alcuni e per punizione la direzione la chiudeva per tutti, senza impegnarsi a punire i colpevoli. Le chiusure lunghe più per "punizione" che per lasciare il tempo di disinfettare ci costringevano a sprecare il cibo nei frigoriferi e a mangiare nei fast food/mense/ristoranti. - a chi come me aveva intenzione di rimanere l'anno successivo e aveva chiesto di essere informato per tempo sulla disponibilità di posti (per potersi organizzare altrimenti in caso di indisponibilità) non è stata data alcuna risposta nonostante ripetute richieste a voce e per iscritto (sarebbe bastato anche un "non ti vogliamo") - alla richiesta di non essere trattati come i nuovi arrivati in termini di rincari della retta, a noi residenti/cavie del primo anno è stato risposto che avremmo avuto uno "sconto" del 10% in cambio di 12 ore di lavoro al mese in favore del campus (proposta fumosa e che probabilmente a settembre sarà ancora da formalizzare giuridicamente, mentre chi studia ha altro a cui pensare). I gestori della struttura sono proprio tra quelli contro cui è stato giusto che gli studenti della Sapienza si accampassero in tenda. Affaristi dell'istruzione

At first glance, the place is nice because it is a new building or newly fursnihed and clean. However, once your stay progresses, you realize it is not really a hotel but a dorm with one wing reserved to be used as a hotel. Although there was never a problem caused by the student population, you just can't run a dorm as a hotel. While I appreciate the efforts of the manager George, there is so much he can do. The biggest issues for us were 1- The ACs in the rooms either make the rooms too hot or cold. 2- The outsourced restaurant area could use some waiters who understand what it means to be friendly. However, I must mention once again: Not a hotel but a dorm, a posh one I would love to be in if I were a student. This is how it feels.
