I liked the hotel, the room is not big, but it is good for an overnight stay, it is quiet, the staff at the reception is nice, there is a nice restaurant on the roof, at first it was not easy to find, the hotel is hidden in the streets of Rome :)

The location is a bit far from Peremini Station, but it was really quiet and had a nice cozy neighborhood atmosphere. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the Colosseum and about 50 minutes to walk to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, so I recommend taking the 5-minute bus! Fortunately, the bus stop is right in front, so it seems like it will be easy to get around! There are many good restaurants nearby, and the room was clean and nice! Above all, it was safe, so I was able to walk around until late.ㅎㅎ I want to recommend this accommodation to people around me who have been to Rome!

The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The property is very close to the subway and bus stops. The only negative note is the cost of breakfast, a bit high (12 euros for the full one and high prices a la carte). Also the temperature in the room was very cold, adjustable up to 21 or 23 degrees. Overall, however, the cleanliness is impeccable and the rooms very nice.

It was a clean hotel, and there were restaurants, shops, and marts within a 5-minute walk, so it was convenient. You can go to downtown Rome in about 20 minutes by using nearby buses and subways.

Location: 👍🏻Convenient, 5 minutes to the subway station; pay attention to the location of the entrance (see picture) the house number is small and easy to miss Service: OK, administrative management needs to be improved, especially the documents are a bit confusing, and communication with colleagues is insufficient Cleanliness: 👍🏻Clean management Also, not even the basic boxed tissues are provided

Very Basic room. The Rooftop bar had unaccesible prices and the qualità of food was very poor! kindness and availability of the receptionists were impeccable! The position of the Hotel offered a great opportunity to discover various areas of the city.

No one on reception to check in, long wait. Room very basic. Amenities such as toilet paper and shower gel not restocked during stay. Rooftop bar has good view, ruined by poor hygiene. Both restaurant toilets blocked and overflowing. Air con leaking in room and lights damaged. Safe also not working. Will find better alternatives for the price.

Very hidden location, no clear directions on where to find the hotel. The staff were unorganised. The room is very basic and you don’t get many toiletries, we had to ask multiple times for toilet roll. They cleaned our room daily but never changed the towels and we stayed for 5 days. Air con, made us both extremely ill and it was leaking causing damp in the walls. Some staff members nice, other extremely rude and very unwelcoming, making us feel very uncomfortable.

At first glance, the place is nice because it is a new building or newly fursnihed and clean. However, once your stay progresses, you realize it is not really a hotel but a dorm with one wing reserved to be used as a hotel. Although there was never a problem caused by the student population, you just can't run a dorm as a hotel. While I appreciate the efforts of the manager George, there is so much he can do. The biggest issues for us were 1- The ACs in the rooms either make the rooms too hot or cold. 2- The outsourced restaurant area could use some waiters who understand what it means to be friendly. However, I must mention once again: Not a hotel but a dorm, a posh one I would love to be in if I were a student. This is how it feels.

Nice welcome from the concierge staff. Very welcoming rooms and a scary atmosphere with very qualified staff....a breakfast with a wide choice and attention to detail.....a service worth evaluating and giving a few more stars. heard in the family... I recommend it first hand... thanks Jorge for making me feel at home... see you next time in Rome

Brand new and beautiful structure, tastefully furnished and in principle full of services. I have no experience with the hotel service, but with the residential (long-stay) service, yes. In the first year of opening (22/23) we residents were treated in an unprofessional manner. I'll just mention a few facts: - for a month we were without a gym (provided for by contract) and for the whole year without a SPA and without 7 out of 12 cooking stations, but we didn't have any type of reimbursement for this - the kitchen, common to approx. 70 residents, it was left dirty by some and as punishment the management closed it for everyone, without committing to punishing the culprits. The long closures, more as a "punishment" than to allow time to disinfect, forced us to waste food in refrigerators and eat in fast food/canteens/restaurants. - those like me who intended to stay the following year and had asked to be informed in advance about the availability of places (to be able to organize otherwise in case of unavailability) were given no response despite repeated requests verbally and in writing ( even a "we don't want you" would have been enough - to the request not to be treated like new arrivals in terms of tuition increases, we first-year residents/guinea pigs were told that we would have a 10% "discount" in change of 12 hours of work per month in favor of the campus (a vague proposal which will probably still have to be legally formalized in September, while those studying have other things to think about). The managers of the facility are precisely among those against whom it was right for the Sapienza students to camp in tents. Education businessmen
