It’s a nice hotel close to the central and to the airport as well. But they don’t speak English at all.

Love the room. It’s spacious, clean and looks like a five-star hotel room. I like that the hotel is along the main road. The location is near the cable car station. There are many eateries around the hotel. I bought tea and some local snacks to bring home. Highly recommended.

It's a new hotel so the rooms were clean but the problem is when I entered the room I see a bat in the room. Immediately I called reception but they couldn't speak English and they disconnected before I can finish. I called again but they didn't receive it. I went down from the 15th floor and showed the photo and they were laughing. I didn't find any professional behavior from them, even not a single sorry. They just called the hotel cleaner and the cleaner came and killed it. ＞＞ The receptionists are very unprofessional. I booked the hotel one day before, but during check-in, they couldn't find and spent 15-20mins. I asked them about the tourist spots and they simply said have a map in the lobby. And most unprofessional behavior I saw during the presence of a bat in my room. ＞＞ The window doesn't have any net, so I think the bat entered from the open window. Good Things ＞ New building, room was clean and good viewing. ＞Food was good with a variety of items

A five-star hotel located in the city center with convenient transportation. It is very close to Tianmen Mountain and the airport. The breakfast is rich and varied. There is also a laundry room. The room is clean and tidy. The service is thoughtful. Someone even received a cake and flowers on his birthday. Thank you very much!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area. The room facilities are quite complete. There is also a foot bath for free, which is really great for us who have been out for a day. The service of Miss Cheng at the front desk is very warm and thoughtful. She contacted us in time when we left something behind and helped to send the express. Although our room did not have breakfast, she enthusiastically recommended nearby breakfasts. The barbecue we ate at a random place was also delicious.

The room service is very good and considerate. The front desk service is very good, especially Xiao Liu and Xiao Xiao Cheng, who will solve any needs in a timely manner. If something is dropped in the hotel, they will call to inform you in time. I will stay here again next time I come to play.

There is a foot bath in the hotel room. You can soak your feet when you come back tired from climbing in the morning. It is very comfortable. The service of the room lady is also very good. She also gave me a few more bottles of water. I will stay here next time.
