This hotel is severely overrated online. We chose it bc it was the same price as other hotels, but with a 4.5 rating. Really, it is closer to a 3.5, so take that into consideration when booking. Room was clean, but the bathroom stank like fake cleaning product, as did the elevator. Located in Central Frisco, but South Frisco is where everything important is. Staff was courteous. Shower lost hot water for a bit. Breakfast was good.

Booked a king bed - and received two doubles. They do not come and make up your bed or get new towels unless you specifically ask. Checked in Saturday and asked for service Sunday - nothing. I walked to housekeeping and made them switch towels out. Asked for Monday -- sure no problem. Came back at noon, nothing. Was leaving for meeting at 3:00pm and they said housekeeping isnt done yet. Come back at 6:00pm and still nothing. Go to front desk and they said Housekeeping has left for day. So much for being a Diamond Club member. It gets you nothing and the staff are to busy on their phones or better yet - outside in parking lot smoking cigarettes. I inadvertently cussed at front desk clerk Ricardo and then it became my problem because the whiny little desk clerk didn't appreciate me cussing. He said it 6 times. I apologized and said how about you come and get me some towels since you obviously have time on your hands. Wouldn't move. Finally got me a person to help get me new towels, etc.... To many good hotels out there to deal with this 2nd rate hotel. Blame it on management!

About 1:30p on the day I arrived I received notification via my Hilton app that my room was ready. Absolutely loved knowing that I could get to the hotel at any time and go straight to my room. Easy to find, lots of parking and well-lit area at night. Walked in, found the elevator, and went straight up to my room. Immediately adjusted the temp in the room, and made myself at home. Ordered Uber Eats and stayed in for the rest of the evening. Shower was large enough, the knobs to the shower were located beneath the shower head and had really good water pressure. Loved the room accommodations, just wish the pillows weren't kid-sized. Other than that overall great stay.

Room was very spacious. We had a difficult time regulating the temperature. The shampoo & conditioner were empty, there was only body wash. Front Desk wouldn’t give us 2 waters. She said we could only have one. There were 2 groups of teen athletes staying at the hotel the first night we were there. I have to commend the placement of the kids- further away from other guests, we were very grateful for that! And the breakfast crew did a great job keeping up with the food with so many kids there!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn in Frisco. This is a nice location. It is quiet and easy access to any needed venue. Employees are friendly and engaging. Gloria, in the breakfast room does an exceptional job keeping the breakfast area clean and well stocked. Plus, she greets you each morning with a smile. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. I would stay here again.

The staff right from Housekeeping/front desk and the level up were irresponsible /rude and no co-ordination between them. There is no house keeping unless you ask for. Hallways are clumsy with litter and wrapers.

You need to know that the staff at this location is fabulous!! Daniel, Chia, and Alejandra at the front desk are the absolute best!!! Also, Gloria, in the breakfast area is just excellent, as is the breakfast! We love to stay at this location. It never disappoints! Thanks to all!

I do not recommend this property. Do not stay here. The room was stuffy. It was difficult to cool the room down and it was suffocating. The shower only had steaming hot water. I had to use a washcloth to shower it was so hot. Do not stay here!

We have spent just 1 night at this Hampton Inn during our TX travels a couple of weeks ago. We really liked the lobby – very colorful and airy with many comfortable seating options. Lady clerk who checked us in was totally unwelcoming borderline rude – she could not wait for us to leave and spoke through her teeth. When she has handed us our keys she also gave us a small bag with 2 16oz bottles of water, telling us that was a daily limit and we should not expect any more. Coming from this clerk, it felt more offensive than welcoming… All other clerks were very nice and accommodating. . Pros: 1. Location is very convenient - close to an interstate, various restaurants, sports venues, and attractions such as National Video Museum, Frisco Discovery Center, a few of parks. 2. Our room was clean and everything was functioning properly. 3. Beds were comfortable 4. Water pressure was very good in the bathroom and the mirror was lit up very well. 5. Hospitality center with tea and coffee variety and hot water available any time. 6. Good breakfast served in the lobby. There were hot potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, eggs, waffles, fruits, yogurts, juices, coffee, etc. Cons: 1. Rude clerk 2. Air conditioner could have used some filter change All in all this is a good place to stay. Thank you!

Breakfast staff are great at this facility. Good choices and good coffee. Rooms were clean and neat. Arrived a little late but it didn't matter. Got our keys and settled in with no muss no fuss. Location is near many choices for food or drink. and extremely quiet.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and located near enough to the soccer complex to walk if needed. The Texas heat was causing our room to not cool adequately so we asked for a fan and were initially told they did not have any. When the attendant found one, she called back to let us know and had it sent up. First thing the next morning, maintenance called to service the unit. They were very accommodating. Breakfast was good and the area was clean. Beds were comfortable.

I stayed this hotel because it is close to the place I visit. Facility, room, breakfast are OK, but has the issue on staff. At the check-in for the first night, the receptionist did not welcome us. At the last night, we found that we had the booking issue to force us to check out a night earlier. The person working at that night are absolutely awful, unkind, rude. I would have to stay this hotel again because of the business, but if you can avoid, I recommend you to look for another one nearby.
