Camera molto bella, nuova e curata. Nonostante fuori facesse davvero freddo il sistema di riscaldamento ha tenuto la camera sempre calda. Consiglio questo posto in primis per la posizione, tutto è raggiungibile a piedi, molto centrale immersa tra i negozi e ristorantini; Ma non solo, pulizia eccellente. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare Giorgia la quale ci ha accolte col sorriso e consigliato tanti posti per la colazione e aperitivi! Splendido weekend, torneremo sicuramente.

Dieses B&B ist zentral und für Rom ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer war klein und ohne Schrank. Die Einrichtung etwas spärlich aber für den Preis o.k. Internet funktionierte ohne Passwort und Preisaufschlag. Frühstück musste wegen Corona auswärts eingenommen werden. Schade den wir hatten diese Location wegen der Dachterasse gebucht. Ob Corona nur als Grund angegeben wurde da der Aufwand für die Zubereitung des Frühstücks zu gross war möchte ich nicht beurteilen. Das Zimmer hatte eine Klimaanlage welche gut funktionierte. In der Toilette war der die Toilettenbrille defekt welche trotz unserer Reklamation während unserem Aufenthaltes nicht repariert wurde. Aber so was dauert halt in Italien wahrscheinlich etwas länger.

Continuo a tornare in questa magnifica struttura più volte l’anno per lavoro… E non riesco a smettere!!! Posizione unica è assolutamente strategica! Camere arredate e curate in maniera impeccabile.. La struttura ha diverse convenzioni con ristoranti e bar della zona sia per cenare che per le colazioni. Assolutamente Consigliato!!!

We booked a double room on the phone with Jade, a kind and attentive receptionist. The hotel is in an excellent location, ideal for a weekend getaway. Unfortunately the building is very neglected. Our room, on the third floor, had two very nice large windows, with old fixtures that do not insulate from the continuous noise coming from the street. My partner woke up constantly during the night. The windowless bathroom has literally broken sanitary ware, especially the sink. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. The electric air conditioner does not work. Not even the radiator. And only after a few hours Jade, very kind, managed to get the natural gas heater in our room to work. The wifi, which can be accessed without a password, in our room had very low coverage (2 bars). Thanks to Jade and her colleagues for their kindness and politeness, but the structure must absolutely be resumed in many points, because paying 220 euros for such an old room is not an experience to be repeated.

At check-in they forced me to pay in advance, no breakfast service was offered or, at least, recommended in the area, the smell of sewage in the room was unbearable (bathroom not "siphoned" properly), then the TV did not work ( repaired after 3 reminders), the reception is practically absent (on the fourth and top floor of the building and without an internal telephone, you have to use whatsapp, which in itself is fine, but not up to par with a 300-euro-per-night structure ), no coffee/tea service in the room, practically useless fridge, lack of glasses and bathroom furniture to place towels on, no courtesy service for guests...

When I arrived I found the establishment under construction!!!! (I attach photos) which was never notified to me before (Neither in Booking). In addition to the mess, dirt and NOISE of the construction site, the common areas (Terrace, which is the main photo and attraction on Booking) were closed. When I asked how they could sell the rooms at a normal price and without warning anything about the situation, they answered (cynically) that it wasn't such a big deal since it was only a few days and they couldn't modify their page just for that (I clarify that shortly after doing My reservation was contacted by the establishment urging me ((something that had never happened to me)) to confirm the payment through a link that they sent me, for which we exchanged several messages via WhatsApp, however at no time during all our communication did they notify me nothing about the situation. BUT THE WORST IS MISSING: several hours after checking in, they sent me another WhatsApp warning me that the next day there would be a power cut from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.!! I did not leave I was astonished! I asked how this could happen and they told me that it did not depend on them, that it was a general cut in the area for work and that THEY HAD JUST BEEN NOTIFIED, which seemed extremely strange to me. Later I checked that I had been blatantly LIED to I found all over the block (including on the wall next to the front door, the official signs notifying of the blackout 3 days before our arrival (I have photos of that too). In short, they charged me the full rate for a room in a "hotel" under construction, dirty, noisy, without common areas and without electricity for 8 hours and they knew all this in advance and omitted it. This to me is a SCAM!!!!!

Ho visitato Roma con la mia ragazza ed è stato una bella vacanza! Abbiamo prenotato in questo bnb e ci siamo trovati benissimo. la struttura moderna e molto pulita. lo staff sono molto gentili e disponibili. torneremo per la prossima vacanza! grazie di nuovo per questa bellissima esperienza!

Siamo stati io e mio marito per una notte. la struttura è molto bella moderna ed accogliente. molto particolare la pulizia della camera. vicino a tutto. Quando torneremo a Roma sicuramente prenotiamo di nuovo qui.
