The guy from the front desk and the other one was so helpful.
They should put fridge and ironing board so that the customer be able to iron the clothes .
Need to improve their breakfast.

Room smell like sewer. Hotel area is dark and scary to go out at night. I don't recommend it.

You must enter and leave by taxi, which have a rate between 40 and 50 Euros. There is also no internet in the rooms. When you ask something they always answer you defensively.

The hotel was 30 minutes by car. My kids and I got mosquitos bites inside the room. I won’t recommend this place at all

It was a nice hotel, but the rooms were smoking and smelled horrible. Manager Lucca was great help but they did not have any room without smells of smoke. Also, the hotel was next to the highway, so that you would hear road noise all the time. Breakfast was limited but reasonable, and the staff was very professional. If you have a car and want to go to the Rome
City Center just drive to the Cornelia metro Park your car and head to the city it's easy.

You could tell that the hotel was only a 3 star hotel.
Little transportation. Taxis were rip-offs. Really remote. We made the best of it. We definitely won't be coming back
