The rooms were nice enough, though the shower in the bedroom is an odd choice. The check in process was chaotic and counterintuitive. It would be impossible for someone who is using WiFi only. The instructions were not even close to sufficient. But the rooms were reasonably clean, there was coffee in the common area and the window was on the side opposite the busy street, so over all, not bad.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We were right off a busy shopping *****. This property was old school; no lift, physical key for entry, no parking since it is in the middle of the city but we loved the experience. It was centrally located and very walkable. The room itself was small but comfortable. We only interacted with staff via email or WhatsApp, which was fine. The people staying in the surrounding properties and property receptionist at the entrance were not very friendly but we made do.

We arrived early, we had to call the receptionist because we couldn't find the hotel door. He came down and explained to us where we had to go. We had to go up one floor with the stairs and they offered to help us with the suitcases, since the elevator doesn't go that far.
The room is large and pleasant, it has the shower in the bedroom, which is strange but it is a semi-transparent screen and with a curtain that you cannot see anything. The sink was clean although some parts looked a little worn.
The room was big and nice, but the bed very, very uncomfortable. The mattress was sagging and the pillows were very soft.
The Wi-Fi only worked one day of the three we were there.
When it was time to leave, they allowed us to leave our suitcases until 4:00 in the afternoon at another reception, which was very appreciated.

Completely renovated, new and very functional furniture and bathroom. It is located in an internal courtyard, therefore very quiet. The only drawback: it is located on the first floor without a lift, so if you have heavy luggage or if you have problems climbing stairs it is not the right place (although I saw a stair lift, but I don't know who you should ask).
