It only takes ten or twenty minutes to walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and other famous attractions, which saves a lot of time and expense of waiting for buses and other transportation. The room is comfortable, but the only drawback is that there are four rooms in a suite, and there are other people's voices. The room is comfortable.

In an old residential building, the directions are very unclear and difficult to find. There are long stairs and twists and turns. The rooms are very monotonous and have no configuration. Very inconvenient

Amazing apartment in a really lively central location. Loads of great bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Coffee machine is a gamechanger. Wonderful host Francesco. Helped me sort out the PC I left behind. I would highly recommend for a city break.

An excellent stay in Rome! New, modern, super clean and well-equiped room + common kitchen. Even fridge for the delicious parmesan we bought from the market was included in the room equipment. The street below gave nice feeling of people enjoying life, not too noisy, though. Only a couple of minutes to the closest metro station (Cavour) was a definite plus, too. The air heat pump in the room was luxurious after long day walk on +27 degrees… Yet best of all was Francesco, who lent us the room; never met a more customer-oriented person, who really made more than 100% effort to make our stay in Rome the best ever by guiding us in several ways to get the best out of Rome in addition to the very good accommodation. Our warmest recommendation!❤️🇮🇹

Me and my friends have visited Fantini rooms this month and we had a great experience. We were assisted 24hours and helped us through out our stay. The room was really clean and the cleaners were really nice. The location was great and will sure recommend this stay. We are really greatful for this experience.

Completely renovated structure, with fantastic wooden beams. Very comfortable beds with toppers for a pleasant rest, beautiful bathroom with lots of products available. Amazing stay, the room Is recently renovated, completly of all: mini bar,safe,air conditioning. The bathroom Is like a luxury, body lotion Is Amazing. The position Is in the centre of Rome, near the Coloseum and roman Forum. The host Is a gentlemen!

Fantastic structure, I traveled with a friend of mine and everything was within walking distance of the hotel, restaurants, bars, metro, Colosseum, Piazza Venezia. Francesco very quick in answering the phone, very comfortable beds. Super recommended!

We stayed for two nights in the Acquamarine double room at the Fantini Rooms. Impeccable service and a room equipped with all the comforts necessary for a stay characterized by class and elegance. The room, like the building, has recently been renovated and the host's attention to every detail is noticeable. The proximity of the structure to monuments such as the Colosseum and the Forum of Rome make travel convenient and quick. I will definitely return to the Fantini Rooms as soon as I have the opportunity to revisit Rome, a city that never ceases to amaze you. (Ask Francesco - the host - for advice on restaurants, cocktail bars and typical places, you won't regret it!)

Beautiful hotel in the center of Rome, a stone's throw from all the main attractions. Newly renovated rooms, equipped with every comfort, the owner was very welcoming, giving us numerous tips on what to visit and where to eat. I highly recommend this property.
