相比於其他意大利酒店，這個酒店很難得服務人員都很nice，而不是高傲或者冷漠。早餐出乎意料的好，bagel和pancake都很好吃，還有鮮榨果汁和新鮮水果。本來很忐忑因為我們行李很多，但下訂單的時候房間顯示衹有十幾平米，可是等我到了之後，我被告知升級成了一個大的三人間。我非常的開心，這個房間就在前台的隔壁。房間吊頂很高，空間很大，足夠我們放四個行李箱。本來我被告知就在一樓前台隔壁的時候我還有點不開心，因為我從來都不喜歡一樓的房間。但進去之後我還是比較滿意，謝謝。酒店裡的東西特別齊全，有牙刷、一次性拖鞋、浴帽、棉簽、香皂等等，這些在一般的歐洲酒店是不常見的。我一般不寫評價，但這裏的服務態度和其他意大利酒店形成了鮮明的對比，所以我願意為你們留下我的評價，謝謝。

This hotel was amazing and I can’t say enough about the staff. It has been a very long time since we have stayed somewhere that the staff goes the extra mile like the team at Liberty Boutique Hotel. From helping us with our luggage to hand walking is to the laundry services across the street and delivering your room! This is a hotel that we will be talking about for months to come!

羅馬酒店真的很貴，房間不大，但有陽台。勝在地理位置好，離中央火車站非常近，走路可到，去景點也方便。服務熱情，周圍餐廳也多。總體好評。

服務不錯礦泉水不限量。
洗澡水大，馬桶沖水順暢，沒有意大利舊樓那些毛病。
早餐有鮮榨果汁和水果碗，一些單點熱食（雖然不精緻）。
位置一般，家庭房2000多是比較貴了。

裝修非常好，設施很新，簡約現代比較有格調。親子入住，小床其實就是沙發床，房間不大但是比較精緻，服務也不錯。離火車站很近,走大概6-8分鐘，周邊也有吃的，酒店對面有兩個餐館，其中一個是華僑開的意大利餐館，吃了兩頓，其中一頓年夜飯感覺十分温暖。

櫃檯友善，房間很大很乾淨，新裝潢，4人房，一大床2小床，廁所2月入住時有毛巾乾熱器，衣服洗好掛上去很快就乾了，早餐餐廳套餐很好，咖啡很棒，餐廳服務生態度很好很友善， 如果在去羅馬，會再住，非常推薦
