Superb service, from each and every single member of the staff - from front desk to the restaurant and bar. We needed to stay an extra night and got a very effordable offer by the super lovely manager, Federica, in an upgraded room.
If room size matter, the upgraded room we got for our extra night was closer in size to a 'normal' hotel size room for two.
Their 'regular' room is a bit on the smaller end.
Other than that we had a great time.

Everyone on the staff that we interacted with was extremely accommodating, polite, and willing to do anything we asked with a smile. We highly recommend staying here. The location is extremely convenient to everything as well.

Unser Aufenthalt im Singer Palace war einfach fantastisch! Von dem Moment an, als wir durch die Tür traten, wurden wir von einem herzlichen und professionellen Empfang begrüßt, der den Ton für unseren gesamten Aufenthalt setzte. Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach unschlagbar. Inmitten der pulsierenden Stadt, fanden wir uns wenige Gehminuten in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Pantheon und Trevibrunnen, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Egal ob wir das örtliche Kulturviertel erkunden wollten oder einfach nur durch die Straßen bummelten, alles war bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Unser Zimmer war 1A. Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Das Hotelpersonal verdient ebenfalls ein besonderes Lob. Das Grösste Lob geht an Vincenzo, der uns mehrheitlich während unseres Aufenthaltes mit Essens- und Getränkeempfehlungen zur Seite stand. Er versteht seinen Job & hat diesen ausgezeichnet ausgeführt. Seine Anwesenheit trugen sehr dazu bei, unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer und angenehmer zu machen. Das gesamte Personal war stets aufmerksam, freundlich und bereit, uns mit allem zu helfen, was wir brauchten. Ein weiteres Highlight war das hoteleigene Restaurant sowie die Rooftop-Bar. Die Auswahl an Speisen war köstlich und die Atmosphäre war einfach zauberhaft. Wir genossen jeden Bissen. Es war so gut, dass wir sehr oft im Hotel gegessen haben. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt im Singer Palace einfach perfekt (10/10). Wir können es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unsere nächste Reise in diese wundervolle Stadt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese unvergesslichen 4 Tage! The location is phenomenal. Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Jewish Ghetto and Synagogue, Spanish Steps, even the Vatican is in walkable distance. The room we stayed in was small (for American standards) but clean and well kept. The staff members were all extraordinary, always kind and helpful. Food and drinks served at the hotel were superb. Rome in itself is an amazing city, traffic is extreme and would not recommend driving.Taxis are cheap and widely available. The only con is the hotel was pricy, but the service provided definitely justified the cost.

We stayed here for our anniversary and had the most amazing time. The hotel location is perfect to walk everywhere including the Trevi Fountain, Forum, Colosseum, and Pantheon. The rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. The service was top notch and everyone was so friendly. Everyone went above and beyond what we even expected and we had a wonderful stay. When we come back to Rome, this is where we would stay. There is nothing negative about this hotel.

We just had a wonderful 4-night stay at The Singer Palace Hotel in Rome. The location and cleanliness of the hotel was top-tier, but the real prize was the staff. From the hotel staff, to the restaurant staff, to the bar staff, every individual we interacted with made us feel at home. We hope to return soon and see our new friends again.
