The service was very good, the room was clean and tidy, the free snacks and drinks in the room were abundant, and the croissants for breakfast were delicious. The host Lorenza was very friendly and the communication was pleasant. A very perfect accommodation experience!

Very good. We arrived early and it was great to be able to check in early. The breakfast is simple but includes coffee, drinks and fruits, and a croissant for each person. The room is tidied every day and the small refrigerator is replenished. The room is equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer, and air conditioning.
The sign at the door was not obvious, but luckily I met two people who happened to be checking out and asked before confirming.
Not far from the subway, you can also walk to the Vatican Museums and Cathedral.

We had 4 great nights at Charming Roma! It is a boutique B&B with amenities of a 4 star hotel! There are 6 quiet and comfortable rooms. There is free water, coffee, tea, fruits, yogourth, juice. All replaced everyday. In the mornings delivery of the "cornetti" of your choice. So breakfast in the room! Charming Roma is very central and close to all great tourist atractions in Rome. We were warmely welcomed by the owner that helped us with suggestion for good nearby restaurants and even helped us with taxi booking. We do recommend Charming Roma!

The room was very cozy and the breakfast well served. It is very central, we can reach the vatican within few minutes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We do recommend this place!

Very small hotel only 6 rooms but everything was very new. Room was quite spacious and well decorated. Close to the Vatican about a 10 minute walk but most of the historical sites are within a 30 minute walk. Shops and restaurants nearby however avoid the one on the opposite corner, rubbish food and rude staff. The owner is lovely and will help in any way possible would definitely stay here again

Lorenza is a charming and very attentive host. She knows Rome very well and enjoys talking to you about it. Don’t hesitate to ask him for advice on a good little restaurant or local product stores. The rooms are perfect, well equipped and very clean thanks to Frederica. We had a good weekend there. Bernard.

We loved our stay at Charming Roma: our room was very nice, up to date and quiet, the breakfast foods stocked in the refrigerator were good, the location was very nice, but most of all, Lorenza and Federica were very helpful (and charming too!). We look forward to coming back to both Rome and Charming Roma some day.
