The Medici Hotel is in a great location, the rooms are large, clean, quiet, and the environment is beautiful. The service staff are very enthusiastic and help introduce opera activities and help call morning taxis. Great experience!

The man on reception when we checked in was extremely rude & patronising. The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete, the pillows were no better. The breakfast was very disappointing, not much choice of anything. Would not recommend at all
