Ho soggiornato nel 2023 per le prove concorsuali, vista la posizione strategica a due passi dal centro di reclutamento. Non si tratta di un B&B ma di un ostello. La stanza in sé non si presenta male, c'è la tv ed è abbastanza pulita, ma la nota negativa è stato il trattamento ricevuto dai proprietari. Sia per il fatto che al mio arrivo mi è stato detto con totale menefreghismo di prendere un aperitivo in giro perché in casa non c'era nessuno e quindi io avrei dovuto starmene ad aspettarli, sia per il tentativo di entrare in stanza durante la notte e sia per come sono stato cacciato l'ultimo giorno con il signor Luigi che passava continuamente davanti la finestra guardando in stanza e con continui messaggi nonostante avessimo pattuito di lasciare la stanza libera alle 10. Ovviamente il pagamento in contanti senza nessun rilascio di fattura. Quindi in sostanza le mie 2 stelle sono date dal fatto che la stanza in sé anche se molto piccola non si presenta male, ma l'atteggiamento è totalmente da rivedere

DIFFIDATE e non fatevi INGANNARE dal prezzo. NON SI TRATTA di un b&b ma di una camera all'interno dell'appartamento dove vivono i proprietari. Paragonabile più ad un ostello direi. Ovviamente non avremmo prenotato se avessimo saputo di questo problema che ci è stato comunicato solo al nostro arrivo.

Ho messo 5 stelle perché la camera e la posizione rispecchiavano perfettamente le mie aspettative di scelta. Pulita, comoda a livello di servizi vicini e parcheggio seppur un po' caro ma custodito. Soprattutto sempre presente Luigi una persona onesta e molto gentile che mi ha fatto sentire come 'in famiglia'. Devo anche dire di aver dormito bene (cosa che non mi aspettavo a Roma) perché intorno molto silenzioso.

Una stella è un mio regalo per voi cari Luigi/Lucelma. Mi dispiace per tutte le persone che dovranno avere a che fare con voi e spero non capiti ciò che è successo a me.. Ho scelto questo posto perché è vicino alla caserma per i concorsi, ne ho girati tanti di B&B ma la maleducazione di questi proprietari è qualcosa di indescrivibile. Ho chiesto la cortesia se la mattina prima del concorso avrei potuto lasciare le borse nel B&B e far aspettare il mio collega, ma mi hanno iniziato a trovare inutili giustificazioni, fino a cacciarmi dalla struttura...potrei dilungarmi con altri esempi sui pagamenti ma va bene così, i modi sono sempre importanti e non dovrei neanche starlo a scrivere. Vi siete persi altri pernottamenti! Buona vita
