Fui sozinha e excelente local, lado do centro comercial de praça popolo e lojas multimarcas. Fui a pé pra pontos turísticos.

was just average. no free water in my room was annoying, couldn’t change the temperature in my room without calling the front desk (was annoying too). room was very very small. shower was also terrible.

Travelling as part of a group with all accommodated in the same hotel. Check in was swift, welcoming and straight forward. Room as described in terms of content and amenity. Only criticism would be lack of complimentary water and tea/coffee making facility and having to ask at reception for them to reset room temperature (no control within the room). Lobby and bar ambient. When we experienced a technical issue in the room they relocated us within 15 minutes. Would return without hesitation.

We have stayed in this wonderful hotel 5 out of 6 times we have visited Roma. The hotel is beautiful and the majority of the staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Frederica in the bar is wonderful and asset to the hotel. She goes above and beyond to take care of you making you feel like family. Harold at the bar can be perhaps more pleasant and not so harsh. When we arrived early Georgio was an angel and got us into our room so we can rest due to the jet lag. He has always taken care of us like family.

The location of the hotel is very good. Walking distance to many attractions. The room was fairly small but quite comfortable and quiet and nicely decorated. Breakfast was plentiful and the bar is a nice place to grab a drink. What really makes this hotel special, however, is it's staff. Each and every employee went out of their way to either help or pass a friendly comment. It will definately be our choice when we return.
