El hotel si bien esta bien ubicado, en la info no figura q el ingreso es peatonal, lo cual dificulta para las personas de la tercera edad o con limitaciones de movilización. El colaborador de recepción que nos atención el 23 en la madrugada nos confirmo que no había forma en que nos quedemos minutos después de las 11am. y q solo se permitía con el pago adicional, asimismo le solicitamos el acceso a un taxista q nos ayude con las maletas y nos dijo que se iba a atender al preciso momento de solicitarlo. Su atención fue súper estricto y poco empática. El restaurante no brinda comida caliente y para el costo lo que el cliente recibe es muy básico. Cabe señalar que no todos los colaboradores son iguales, el colaborador de recepción que nos recibió el 22 por la tarde fue atento y es más hasta nos ayudo con las maletas.

The hotel is very Close to main attractions but this is not all that matters.The building is Old but not this is the main problem.The cleanliness is a very big problem.There is dust and dirt and a horrible smell everywhere.In the room, on the corridors, at the breakfast room.Dirty blankets, broken walls, dirty glasses, dust and garbage om the floor at the breakfast room.The staff from reception said he doesn’t care about the bad reviews.But it matters as people will avoid to come.I met some italians that changed 3 rooms that day but still awful.

Chambre sale, mauvaise odeur, literie tachée, pas de protection de matelas un simple drap, couvre lit poussiéreux. Accessoires de salle de bain rouillé, sanitaire sales. Chambre ressemblant plus à un débarras qu'à une chambre. Très déçue, les photos du site sont trompeuses.

Not very modern, felt unkempt - found a few bugs in the bathroom - musty smell - front office was not all that friendly - just taking care of another tourist - however - great breakfast buffet - but the room was warm where you eat

The hotel was in a great location but the actual hotel was tired, damp and dirty. The sheets had holes in, beds uncomfortable. The bathroom was mouldy and the hotel smelled damp. The staff were unhelpful and rude. The breakfast room was unclean and smelled. The cutlery etc was dirty so we didn't eat there. The electrics in the room were dangerous. I wouldn't recommend especially when it says it is 4*
