The double occupancy double room I booked arrived and said that there is only one person who needs to add 40 euros for one night. The customer service called for more than an hour and told us to check in. They said it was their fault, but the service attitude changed sharply. Travel with my wife together and had a wonderful location near to train station. Walking distance can go to many place. Only room sound insulation no nice, can hear outside.

The only reason I have gave an 1 is that it doesn’t allow you to give 0…….Avoid at all cost This is not a 4 * hotel lucky if it’s a 2*. The hotel is nothing like the pictures it is very dated and not fit for purpose. My room was tiny and very very dated it had black mould on the wall and the curtains had what I am sure was blood stains on them. The area is completely unsafe and unable to go out when it’s dark, even in the daylight I was being approached by men trying to sell me *****. I was booked for 5 nights stayed for one and left the next morning. Hotel would not refund the unused nights were not sympathetic at all did not even apologise infact the male receptionist was very arrogant and wanted to argue with me. Avoid at all costs this hotel is not fit for purpose!!!!!!

Conveniently located close to the railway terminus. Clean well furnished rooms but a bit on the small side. Views from rooms at the back not exciting. Breakfast buffet is sufficient for most tastes. Service is really good. Reception staff are always ready to assist with booking trips and airport transport.

The hotel is really close to the Termini station in Rome and about 20 minutes walk from the Colosseum. Staff were friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was great. Tea, coffee, juice, pastries, bread, salad, cold meats and cheeses and scrambled eggs and bacon. This set us up for the day! Rome itself is a great City with lots to see and do.
