Be careful:
1) for Check in after 6:30 p.m. you pay 30 euros I arrived 20 minutes late I paid 30 euros.
2) When I booked for 2 adults and 2 children I had confirmation for a double bed and 2 single beds when I arrived I was asked to pay 80 euros more for each night.
3) for breakfast you have to go to a café for a croissant and a hot drink at the counter to sit down you have to pay 3 euros per person.
4) I only got towels for 4 people on the 3rd day.
5) I paid over 200 euros per night for 1 room with extra beds in an old building on a dirty street.
I strongly do not recommend this establishment.

The WiFi basically not working throughout my stay, even telco reception is bad too, hardly get any signal when you back in room.
But the location wise is great, next to termini station, easy access to metro too.

Marco is a fantatic host. He is extremely friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough. Great location for the metro and train station to get around as well as walking distance.

La chambre et le service sont correctes
Il faut bien préciser que c’est un guest house pas un hôtel et que le quartier craint un peu la nuit et que il faut quitter à 9h30 et que le petit déjeuner inclu n’est qu’un café avec un croissant à prendre debout dans une cafétéria du coin
L’emplacement est bien

Das Zimmer ist schön und sauber, das Bett gut und das Bad stilecht. Aber das ist kein Hotel. Es gibt keine Rezeption und keinen Frühstücksraum. Das ist eher eine Mini Ferienwohnung ohne Küche mit Wasserkocher und 2 Sammeltassen.
Wir haben 45 Minuten auf den Vermieter gewartet, das war unangenehm, da wir zeitnah eine Führung gebucht hatten.
Er war freundlich und war danach nicht mehr gesehen.
Die Lage beim Bahnhof ist gut, aber abends etwas gruselig.

I really like this place to stay, it was nice and cozy, the only thing here is the internet doesn’t work good so is good if you have service in your phone. Besides that everything’s was good.

テルミニ駅から近く お部屋も広く 毎日とてもきれいにお掃除をしてくれて ８泊連泊でした。お風呂はシャワーのみで お湯は時間に関係なく熱いお湯が出ます。ビデとトイレが付いてます。フロントはなく 到着時間に合わせて オーナーが来てくれます。無料の朝食チケットを 宿泊数分渡されます。女性好みの部屋で 廊下に出なければ 隣の部屋の物音は聞こえません。オーナーによると 築４００年とか しっかりした建物の中に アンティークなエレベーターがあります。２ブロックほど離れたカフェで 毎朝カプチーノと ケースに入ったパンから１つ選んで食べることができました。お店の方たちも良くしてくれました。Wi-Fiは部屋から出ないとつながりませんでした。 便利さと 駅近 清潔な部屋 またローマに行くときも利用したです。
