There was no one at the front desk except for check in, so I had to wait for an hour. Everything else is good, the service staff are very nice, and the rooms are also good.

Great place to stay while visiting Rome, 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station (Lepanto), right next to a small supermarket and in walking distance from Piazza Del Popolo (10 min), Vatican (20 min) or Castel Sant'Angelo (15 min). Staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and well equipped. Overall great experience!

Λοιπόν η μητέρα μου έκλεισε δωμάτιο με θέρμανση και βασικές παροχές τύπου πρωινό που παρουσιάζουν ότι προσφέρουν σαν υπηρεσία.! Θέρμανση δεν είχαν, τους έστελνε η γυναίκα μηνύματα και παρακαλούσε να βάλουν ζέστη στο δωμάτιο, Ιανουάριο μήνα, την αγνοούσαν και το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να πέσει η πίεση της, να λιποθυμήσει και να μην την βοηθάει κανείς από το «ξενοδοχείο» . Εν τέλη της είπαν ότι έχουν ευθύνη και θα επωμιστούν τα έξοδα και όταν έφυγε από το ξενοδοχείο της στέλναν εμαιλ ότι χρωστάει χρήματα γιατί λιποθυμήσε και έκανε σημάδι στον τοίχο που λιποθύμησε εξαιτιας του κρύου. Μην πάτε με τίποτα σε αυτό το μέρος. Απαράδεκτοι, απατεώνες και αγενέστατοι. Επίσης έχουν μπλοκάρει τα σχόλια στην booking για να μην μπορεί να κάνει review .

The Hotel is very difficult to find. No signalisation.
Further they do not full the soap on was empty in the shower. Toilet paper last roll and they did not full up. There was only a person to reach from 09:00 - 17:00.

The room was in a great place. Though located next to major road which was loud in the morning. We had to wait to be let in into the room and was very confusing the whole check in. I would message them on WhatsApp before you come to get it stored. Located next to train station so in great location.
