I thought this place was decent. It wasn’t marked well so I had a tough time finding it. No blanket, just sheets. They never gave me my change when I paid the city tax. Make sure you have the correct change. I don’t know if I would stay again. The early check in was great.

We arrived in Rome in a scorching hot day of summer. Great location just 4 minutes from Termini.
It’s an old building (as most lodging places in the area) but rooms are ok. No complains at all only pillows could be better and also have something to hold the soap in the shower installed. Other than that everything was good. A/C worked perfectly! (Very important)

Nice hotel, fairly basic but as only in Rome for 3 nights, had everything we needed. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Only downside was that our double bed was just two singles pushed together where one of the beds was slightly higher than the other.

The check in place was very hard to find. The shower was broken when we arrived. They did fix it quickly, but it continued to flood the floor.there was a sewage smell from the shower at times. The walls were paper thin and it was very

Over priced. No wifi. Told man6 excuses. Tiny bathroom, campervans have larger showers. I wasn't to impressed with my experience.

The room was very clean and the staff very accomodating and friendly.
Located on a side street away from the main station made access easy, but at the same time the hotel is located away from the busiest street.
The only minus was that the room was located right next to the reception, and the doors are quite thin.. Same with outside noises. If possible, ask for a room on the upper floors, or remember earplugs.

The hotel is located a few minutes' walk from Termini station from which it is possible to reach any area of Rome by any means, the owner is very friendly and nice, unpretentious breakfast at a bar a few meters from the hotel, the room (triple) was quite spacious and welcoming but above all clean and with a bathroom that was also clean and accommodating.
The only flaw is that the two guys who work in reception speak badly Italian and English, so it's a little more difficult to understand each other but nothing so problematic (somehow we always understand each other :) )
