We had a wonderful time in Rome and the location of the Trevi Portrait is amazing and suitable for what we needed. It’s not a hotel as such but a room inside a separate building about five minutes walk from the main office. The facilities weren’t great - for example the shower was about a metre from the bed which was a bit of a surprise when we went in. It was also quite tricky communicating to arrange taxis etc before our flight and the response times were slow. I think we would’ve found somewhere for cheaper that was better, but the courtyard was beautiful, the staff were friendly and it’s good if you’re going to be out and about for most of the day.
