To be honest, I never even went there because someone stole our passports in Athens... But to be honest, they have been great with all the communications, and even being more empathic than the hotel where we were staying in Athens. I really hope we can meet someday, but for now, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The hotel is nice. It is basically just an apartment within a building and it has I believe five rooms. In the beginning, it felt a bit lonely. The design is very modern and cool. Also the staff is very friendly and warm-hearted, when they are there. Note: There is no 24h service and nothing else than espresso and cookies available to eat/drink. However, it is overpriced. I would go there again only for a lower price than 346€ per night.

It took me a while to write a review, I was very upset. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, is very beautiful and well-kept. We booked by phone for the days between Christmas and New Year. 27 December /30. We had already forwarded the reservation via booking specifying that we were a couple with a 4 year old child, but then we called to ask for information on parking and they asked us to book avoiding booking via booking so as to save money and so it was. We also explained that we would go to the Villa Borghese Christmas World to bring the baby. On the phone we were asked about the accommodation of the aforementioned child and we explained that we would have preferred a third bed but if there hadn't been one it wasn't a problem. So they booked us a simple double. We arrived at around 3pm and after having put our things in the room an employee knocked on our door after less than half an hour telling us that we were not wanted, that they couldn't turn us out but that they invited us to choose another solution because the child was too noisy. That there were some important people who had been resting since 6 am and had complained. Let me start by saying that they knocked on us twice. My son is not silent, but he is a child. He didn't break anything, he simply sang a little but the structure is not very large and a person without children could complain. The main problem lies in the fact that on the site it says that children under 5 years old are "welcome" and above 5 years old they pay as an adult. This was not the case but it was claimed that they had not paid for the child and that they had done us a favor therefore, that we had not notified the child. I showed a WhatsApp message in which it was clearly specified. Upon reading the message (which reported the data of the occupants of the room with the age of the child) I was told that it was the first message and that they didn't think that we were not confirming the presence of the child (which was never in doubt) . So according to them: do we book for 3, near Villa Borghese to take the child to the Christmas village and then at the last minute leave the child at home to sit on Santa's lap at the age of 35? At a later time I also spoke with the other guy, who was slightly kinder but still invited us to choose another structure and to do it quickly so as not to lose money. And again, there was a very influential guest and person. he had to rest 🙄I doubt the policy of respect and hospitality was respected. I also told the boy that I certainly couldn't gag the child and he told me "no of course he's still an animated being" I quote exact words! With this I close.

We booked this place last minute for a 2 night stay. It is located on the 4th floor of an office type building but it was pretty easy to find on Google maps. We stayed in room 402, it was lovely; bright and spacious with high ceilings and a huge bed. It is close to Trevi Fountain and in walking distance to other attractions. If you don’t want to walk it’s about a 3 min walk to the barberini metro station. Staff here were really helpful. One of the best things and the first experience I’ve had of in any place I’ve stayed is that they have WhatsApp where you can communicate with them. They contacted us when we landed at the airport and managed to have our room ready for when we landed (we arrived way earlier than the usual check in time) so we were able to get in straight away. It was also useful for asking if we needed the room cleaning, airport transfers, local recommendations ect. Overall a great experience and would stay again if we came back to Rome :)

The lovely woman at reception was warn, gracious and kind. The room is just ok, eith no decor to speak of. There is a great bathroom however! The property is a tremendous disappointment given its great location and proximity to Via Venato l,but the building entrance is currently unrecognizable and obscured due to construction and scaffolding. The address is hard to find on the building. The hotel is located in an office building with no signage. The street is filty with litter and homelesd. So disappointed!
