Great hotel in a great location. Very clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast option. Check in was very easy. Excellent restaurant options in the area. Termini (central station) and main attractions within walking distance.

I was shocked. I don’t know if it was because the hotel was not hygienic enough or if there were lice. After sleeping on the hotel bed, a small pimple appeared on my body and my whole body was itchy. The facilities are very old and not up to standard.

One night stay, room a bit small but basic. Some background noise from some motor/air conditioner during the night. Clean room. Breakfast unpretentious but good.

As previous review have stated, this is a basic 3 Star rating hotel. No tea or coffee facilities, only one working plug in the room (hanging off wall) and in need of some TLC. However, clean, towel every other day and working, powerful shower with soap and shower caps. Breakfast was basic, same every day but plenty of it. Very small room so if in groups you will have to sit at different tables. Staff were OK, I couldn't say I found them helpful or not helpful as unless you engaged with them they never made contact with a morning or hello. Except cleaning lady, young girl who was simply a delight! I hope hotel appreciate her. Location was great as close to termini and some lovely restaurants nearby at half the price of ones nearer the attractions.

ローマのテルミニ駅から近く非常に立地のいい場所です。地下鉄やバスを使いながらローマ観光を楽しむ拠点としていい場所でした。
今回はアネックス側での宿泊となり、本館とは別の場所になりました。ここは少し古い建物で、エレベーターが今まで乗ったことがない感じで怖さもありましたが、いい経験で楽しめました。
部屋内部自体は綺麗で清潔な状態です。一部スイッチが壊れているところもありましたが、特に問題はなかったです。シャワーの温水もしっかり出ました。
