I loved everything about my stay here. All the staff were welcoming and eager to help. They remember your name and make you feel very comfortable during your visit. They breakfast had plenty of options. They have a nice lounge area where you can relax after a long day out.

The hotel is very chic and fancy, we really love it. There breakfast is very tasty as well!

Efficient check in, arrived early in the morning but still assign a room for us. Location is nice except many stairs has to be taken. Not good for many luggage to carry.

Shower doors cannot close properly

It takes about ten minutes to walk from the train station to this place. Most of the roads are OK and you can pull the suitcases. There is a small section of the road that is covered with stone characters and it is difficult to pull the suitcases. Overall, it is OK. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a park directly opposite the hotel. The subway entrance is right in front of the hotel. It is very convenient to go anywhere. It only takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Colosseum from here. There was no hot water kettle in the room at first, but later I asked him for one and he gave me breakfast which was also very good and normal. The shortcomings are that the exhaust fan in the toilet is a little loud, and the water in the bathing area is relatively slow. There are two convenience stores near the hotel, as well as Chinese restaurants and Chinese supermarkets nearby, which is good.

It feels like a London hotel. The location is great, the room is small, and the service is very good. But I don’t know why they only provide two sheets and a blanket wrapped in two sheets for sleeping here. . . A tall man at the front desk was very gentleman. He apologized for the fact that the air conditioner and heater in the room were broken on the first day. He was exempted from the city tax.
