Yet another stay at this fantastic B & B. Joseph was amazing, very friendly, helpful and informative (trust his recommendations for restaurants, take away etc.,) This was our sons first time in Rome and he commented that we would 100% return to Pratinn Vatican if he was returning to Rome. As stated previously location, location, location. Close to Vatican and within walking distance from many of the sites.

The people working there were great.
The property could use an uplift, a little paint and renovations goes a long way. An updated kitchen and faucet that doesn't leak!!
And the rooms were small for 3 people. Area was fine.
We would not be back.

Nice little guest house. Helpfull and kind personel. Metro is near and easy. Plenty of good restaurants near. Good bed.

Estuvimos seis días alojadas en este establecimiento. Avisamos de nuestra llegada y al llegar teníamos la habitación preparada. Nos atendió Josep, muy amable en todo el momento. No nos ha faltado de nada. Josep hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy entretenida, nos recomendó varios sitios para comer y donde comprar. Estuvimos muy entretenidas durante los desayunos con su compañía. Si vuelvo a Roma volveré a alojarme en este b&b. Un saludo Josep! Pozdrawiamy 😎
