Sono stata con mio marito e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, il posto veramente bello e accogliente, soprattutto Paolo che ci ha accolto come fosse casa sua..preciso e puntuale...letto e cuscini comodissimi..posizione vicino al centro molto comoda...poi anche la possibilità di fare la colazione la mattina... pulizia ottima...grazie, sicuramente ritorneremo!

Extra welcome. Very welcoming person speaking French. Really attentive to all requests. Very kind and patient. Large, comfortable rooms and modern, very clean bathrooms. No noise. Well located in town.

Paulo was an excellent host. He was so welcoming and gave us lots of hints and tips during our stay. He was so attentive even before we arrived, answering questions about restaurants and arranged transport from airport. Fantastic rooms. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and good shower. Having the little kitchen for coffee and snacks was great if you wanted to grab a coffee in the morning before exploring. Such a lovely touch to leave a bottle of wine for our anniversary. About a 10-15 min walk to colloseum and close to metro. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Rome.

The room was all clean and has everything you would need. The host was very kind and welcoming. The location was good, near to the subway and bus station but you can also reach many attractions just by walking. Well done! Highly recommended!

Das Beste an dieser Unterkunft ist der Gastgeber Paolo, der uns schon vor der Ankunft kontaktiert hat. Mit den entsprechenden Informationen war die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ein Kinderspiel. Vor Ort wartete Paolo schon vor der Türe auf uns und wies uns auf den privaten Parkplatz im verschlossenen Innenhof ein. Das Zimmer und Bad war super sauber, sehr leise und hatte bequeme Betten. Der Espresso am Morgen in der kleinen Gemeinschaftsküche des Hauses war ein schöner Start in den Tag und die nahegelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Rom. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt!

Booked our 3 night stay, June 10-13, 2023 at this highly rated property.this weekend they emailed to state they could no longer honor the room we had confirmation we booked. They said the rate was much higher now, and they couldn’t give us that room anymore. They said we could cancel if we weren’t happy. It’s like they were trying to get us to cancel. We didn’t! We were surprised, but had no choice to accept. Next day they emailed and said they put our credit card through and it didn’t work so reservation was canceled. We called our credit card company they put through wrong expiry year, which we never gave them. They also put credit card through 20 days early, it wasn’t suppose to be out through til 7 days before. Our credit card information was fine, they just wanted our room. Very unprofessional to do this when we booked so far in advance. Shocking thru have such high reviews!!

This was a very small but nice hotel. The manager is super nice and helpfull. The rooms are modern and homey. Everything is fresh and clean. The beds are comfortable. In terms of location all the sights are within walking distance.
