Frattina Grand Suite Guesthouse

Sicuramente posizione pazzesca, ma visto il resto paghi solo quello.stanza microscopica,no bidet e nemmeno doccino,trascurato,mobili vecchi,capisco abbia preso la stanza più economica (quasi300€!)ma davvero sopravvalutato. Purtroppo è uno di quei casi in cui le foto sono davvero fatte ad ok! Per la stessa cifra si può trovare di meglio. Personale cortese

Perfetto per un soggiorno in famiglia

Super clean, welcoming and in a very central position, very close to the metro stop in Piazza di Spagna. Staff super friendly and available for any request. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back!!

Excellent location, central to the main monuments including the Trevi Fountain and Altare alla Patria, a few steps from the Spanish Steps. Small property with comfortable room and good cleaning service. Although absent most of the time, the receptionist was very kind and helpful, even by telephone. Super recommended for its convenience to the main points of interest!! You can't ask for better!

Er lige kommet hjem fra et kort ophold. Fantastisk placering 300m fra den spanske trappe. Værelset var i god stand og var med 5 senge fint til vores behov. Meget hjælpsom og høflig betjening fra personalet. Alt i alt kan vi varmt anbefale stedet.

The location is excellent, a few steps from Piazza Spagna where the metro is and close to Fontana di Trevi and Pantheon. The room (for 3 people, two rooms with two double beds) is comfortable, clean, spacious for the average in Rome, generally good. Be careful, they charge 35 euros for late check in (after 6pm I think) I did not see it before booking, I received an email with that information, I asked to cancel my reservation and they did not accept. In the description it says that they have a luggage storage service and they did not want to give us the service because only small suitcases and little time. After a while I agreed that we should leave them alone for a couple of hours. It has a small, old elevator that can only fit one person with their suitcase, but it works. If you are carrying large suitcases, I recommend arriving and leaving by taxi or Uber since it is impossible to walk with suitcases through the stone streets to the station.
