It took me a long time to find out how to turn on the shower. There was only one socket on one side of the bed. The room was very small. Overall it was quite poor and had nothing to do with Shangri-La.

The room is small and the service is good. The stairs are inhumane. You need to take the elevator or stairs to the second floor first and then go through the room to other floors. Luggage storage. We stored our luggage for a day and a night. The front desk was very friendly and no problem. No charge.
