My room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had good toiletries. It is easy to get to the airport but out of the main area for shopping and site seeing. However there is a metro about 20 minutes walk away, and a shopping centre about 15 minutes walk away. I really appreciated assistance from staff with good English for sorting out day trips and local directions. The air conditioning worked well and was much appreciated in the sweltering heat.

The hotel is so nice, but the location is not really well, it approximately take at least 50 minutes to Rome downtown or attractions.

The surrounding environment is average, 1.6 kilometers away from the subway station. Living in it is like an IKEA in China. Although it is called Shangri-La, the breakfast variety is pitiful and completely disappointing.

The hotel makes a good first impression. But in fact there is not a kettle in the rooms (only upon additional request, and it smells terrible, they did not dare to boil water in it with such a smell), they give out water at the bar, but with a disgruntled face. The room has not very clean linen with holes, the walls are dirty, there are no slippers, there is no tea set, is this 4 stars? The staff is not friendly, check-in was announced from 15-00, although in the voucher from 14-00. And yes, it takes a long time to walk from the metro, at least 15-20 minutes at a calm pace. Fortunately, the area is calm and beautiful. Most likely, I would not live there yet, the price does not match the quality.
