Mi è piaciuto molto! Innanzitutto ci si trova nel cuore della Roma più famosa, cioè a via del Babuino, la strada che collega Piazza di Spagna a Piazza del Popolo. L’edificio che lo contiene è un bellissimo palazzo storico. La reception è minimale, forse andrebbe resa più carina. Ho avuto (tramite Gentile “upgrade”) una stanza con affaccio su Via del Babuino e vista su Piazza del Popolo. Vi era ogni comodità, tanti i dettagli graditi (nespresso, omaggi quali dolci, frutta secca e ovviamente una bottiglietta d’acqua) e molto spazio a disposizione. In bagno (enorme) vi era sia la vasca che il vano doccia. Molto comodo il letto. Unica pecca una non peretta insonorizzazione. Notevole la colazione, servita al food. Molto gentile il personale.

This hotel boasts a prime location, excellent rooms, and exceptional service. Upon our early arrival from a transatlantic flight, we were graciously allowed to check in ahead of time. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, with a stocked mini bar adding a nice touch. Starting the day with breakfast on the rooftop was a delightful experience, with fresh and delicious food. The front desk staff exceeded our expectations with their attentiveness to our needs. This hotel will without a doubt be our top choice for future stays in Rome!

Room 104 - was extremely noisy. Guest on second floor walked a lot during the night (up to 12:00-01:00) and I could hear every step. My room was door to door to house keeping outlet, also pretty noisy. Mattress is in bad shape.

Fantastic gem! I was a bit worried reading some of the reviews but this hotel was wonderful! I was pleasantly surprised to get upgraded to a deluxe room which was wonderful - tastefully decorated, comfortable bed, marble bath and extremely spacious! Amenities were great too. There was a container of bath salts and a free bottle of wine and chocolates. The staff were extremely professional and attentive too. The location was also perfect. My only disappointment was I couldn’t stay longer. I will definitely go back!
