What a perfect accomodation stay, ideal location stunning streets close to Spanish steps and piazza del popolo, a real hidden gem. Clean room and breakfast if you like in the kitchen, couldn’t fault and great value .

De plek was super. Alles op loopafstand of makkelijk met de metro te doen. Zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Klein minpuntje was de hygiëne in de douche. Dat zou wat netter kunnen.

オーナーのGinevraさんは明るく気さくな人で、到着早々の私を安心させてくれました。また、説明が分かりやすかったです。
施設のロケーションはとてもよく、主な観光地は徒歩で行けます。近くのフラミニオ広場は交通の要所なので公共交通機関も使いやすいです。近所のレストランもおいしいです(Ginevra が教えてくれました)。
部屋も広くて清潔です。ただし1泊ごとの掃除はありません。
改善してほしい点を挙げるなら、鍵です。4つの鍵を持たされますが、それだけでも重いですし、さらにとても重いキーホルダーがついています。また、そのうち部屋とシャワー室(兼トイレ・洗面所)の2つの鍵は旧式で、開け閉めに一苦労します。部屋とシャワー室が離れているのは構造上仕方ないかもしれませんが、鍵のせいで移動が面倒に感じてしまいます。建物の鍵以外は非接触カード1枚にできそうな気がします。
あと、部屋の中にティッシュペーパーとゴミ箱があればよかったです。

Indoor conditions was terrible. Bathroom was very dirty. Tub was full of water during taking a shower. Bed sheets and blankets were also dirty. There were some hair on them.
