Excellent location for concert at the Foro Italico, a few minutes walk. Ten minutes walk to the Ottaviano metro, but the Vatican and the center of Rome can be reached with a nice walk. Two covered paid parking spaces in the same street. Excellent self check in and out system, basic but not bad breakfast in an equipped room. Nice, comfortable, well equipped and clean rooms. Double glazed windows. Quiet residential area, tree-lined avenue a stone's throw from the Tiber.

The reviews do not always correspond to reality, often even to one's own experiences. This much-vaunted B&B where the prices are very high when there are important events being close to the Olympic stadium does not provide adequate services, in fact the shower lacks a wall unit to place shampoo, shower gel etc etc, the breakfast is truly unpresentable, there is no there was WiFi for all 3 days and there was no water in bottles but only in the carafe which was truly unpresentable.

Abbiamo scelto questo B&b x la vicinanza allo allo stadio Olimpico x il concerto di Vasco Rossi, logicamente i 170 euro a notte sono tanti infatti non è il suo prezzo ma è stato aumentato appunto x il concerto e forse non solo e noi ne eravamo coscienti e ci andava benissimo, ma arrivati venerdì pomeriggio al B&b non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua se non una caraffa in frigorifero che non abbiamo usufruito non sapendo che acqua e soprattutto chi l'aveva bevuta e cosa poteva contenere, la tv funzionava solo sui canali Rai, la doccia molto piccola senza un pensile x appoggiare bagno schiuma, shampoo ecc ecc la colazione veramente scarsa e x finire non c'era e non c'è mai stato il WiFi dall'arrivo alla partenza.

B&B clean and well served as a location, I wanted to return in July for a concert but compared to the last time the prices have almost doubled, upon asking for explanations they told me that there are concerts on that date, and so I wonder if the prices are in based on events?

Excellent location as well as excellent possibility of checking in in self mode. Neat and clean rooms, mine was a little cold but the owner immediately brought in an oil radiator (in any case in Rome it was close to 3/4 degrees and therefore there it can also be) Normal breakfast with good cakes and tarts

Excellent location, small rooms, inadequate air conditioning because it is noisy. Clean facility. Late breakfast (at 8am they brought some empty croissants and some cooked food) and insufficient in the proposal. Price for the offer is high, but in line with the city of Rome, where tourists normally go and then never return.
