A pallazo in itself - one of the villas in the Anselmo area converted into a luxury hotel. You will be welcomed by neatly dressed staff who will do everything for you. A 10-minute walk to the busy tourist area of Rome and after a day you can relax in the garden under the sinnasapple tree with a glass of white wine.

Amazing hotel which immersed you in the full Roma experience. The location and the decor were spot on and our room was a really good size with great amenities including large comfortable bed. The staff were very attentive and service was first class from organising our airport pick up to final check out. Buffet breakfast exceeded our expectations and staff very quick to serve fresh coffee along with whatever else was required. Easy walking distance to all the main attractions and the area where the hotel is located is so quiet it’s hard to believe it’s so central. Definitely recommend this hotel to couples and families.

A super boutique hotel in a very quiet area. However, close enough to all the amazing sights of Rome. Many accessible on foot within 15minutes. The staff are professional, polite and accommodating at all times. We were given a lovely room with terrace and fabulous view over the rooftops. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was as expected, continental and plentiful.

The hotel is on the Aventine near the Orange Garden, one of the most beautiful panoramic views of Rome. The rooms are very nice and clean, plus the breakfast is super, there is practically everything. The sofas and lounges outside, which surround the entire building, are very comfortable. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Refined and romantic hotel at the top of the Aventine hill, positioned among the orange gardens. We stayed in the 60m2 Suite on the top floor, from whose terraces it is possible to enjoy a spectacular view of the whole of Rome. Really very beautiful and with direct lift to the room. Very friendly staff and quality breakfast. Nearby all the main monuments can be reached on foot in 30 minutes. A little isolated from the restaurant services (Trastevere 20 minutes on foot, Testaccio 10 minutes on foot), which is the beauty of it, because the area is quiet and peaceful, especially at night. We will definitely be back.

I hesitate in reviewing this property only because it is so wonderful that I’d like to be able to return. If it gets too well known that won’t be possible. The area is quiet and beautiful . The hotel is quiet , beautiful and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful . Nothing seems to be too much trouble. Our room was incredibly luxurious with a sunken bath below the bedroom. The gardens are peaceful havens. We loved our stay and the concierge was able to help our friends to stay for a few further days. Breakfast was super continental with good variety of options and the sister hotel has a lovely restaurant for evening meals. There are some great places within 15 minutes to eat anyway.

Wonderful hotel, clean, well-kept, just as Rome seemed to me to be a chaotic and a little neglected city, this hotel is wonderful. Good breakfast, the best coffee I have had in Rome, the staff very friendly, efficient and professional. Great hotel out of 10

Beautiful hotel 1km from the Colosseum, the rooms are rather small at almost 260€ per night. The soundproofing needs to be reviewed because the neighbors above had to move their room and we heard everything. The breakfast lacks diversity (pan cake, pancakes etc.) The receptionists are very friendly, courteous, they speak English, French, Italian.
