Muy buena la ubicación, precio, ducha caliente, habitación limpia, colchón cómodo y con cocina disponible. La habitación no es muy grande pero tampoco pasamos mucho tiempo en ella asique estuvo bien. Precio calidad súper razonable. Recomiendo.

Really good location you can walk to the colloseum and Vatican and other big areas. Close to metros and main rome train station. Room was very tiny, and smelled like sewage in the bathroom. Check in process was bad we had to wait outside the door for 30 minutes and I think the front desk guy was busy or sleeping and we had to bang on the door and wait for 30 mins to get him to come to the desk. Great value for the price, you get what you pay for, would suggest this place for folks on a budget, without any expectations for a nice place, this can be considered a place to stay on a budget

It’s served it’s purpose as a place to stay but I was very unhappy when I arrived. It’s in a complex of other flats for the locals which wasn’t an issue but is not in the description of the property. The lights as you walk in were flickering which didn’t fill me with much joy. The rooms are a lot smaller than expected but our room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. However we had to buy our own toilet paper as the staff leave the property after 3pm so we had no chance to ask them for some as we had tours planned for our trip. Overall it was okay but I was a bit disappointed.

Cute little B&B, you get a keychain with multiple keys as there are multiple doors with locks to get through - but it’s easy and feels safe. Several cafes below the B&B make for quick and easy snacks. Front desk spoke limited English but the main housekeeping lady was fluent and very sweet. Remember that you need to pay a €20 tax and it’s cash only!

The room was not as shown in pictures. TINY room that smelled like cigarettes. Poor ventilation with a loud air conditioner that was quite weak. It served it's purpose as a 1 night stay and was at a good location.

The accommodation is close to Collosseum (10min walk), the rooms were clean, bright and nicely furnished.
Comfy beds, nice shower.
The only thing that I'd recommend to change was the Air Conditioning, as that is an older type and extremely noisy. I could not sleep well as it was right next to my head under the window. Sounded like a noisy car :) . Please change that so others will not experience the same.
Everything else was fantastic and the person who checked us in was super nice and helpful. Thank you !

What a great little spot right in the centre of Rome. Great little coffee shop downstairs that made the visit even better. Hosts were very accommodating as our flight arriving late.
