在羅馬的一家寶藏酒店，位置很好很安全，旁邊就是市政府和銀行，房間保持得很新很乾凈，裝修是精心設計過的，細節非常漂亮，前台有各種零食糖果，休息區温馨整潔。店主夫婦非常友善熱情，老闆詢問我們來自哪個國家，耐心用翻譯軟件為我們講解各景點路線，餐廳，冰激凌店。女主人為我們送上紙杯蛋糕和飲料。辦理好入住後又為我們詳細介紹房間設施的使用，並告訴我們迷你吧的飲品全部免費，有任何需要都可以找到他們。並且在意大利酒店裡難得有拖鞋，齊全的洗漱用品及燒水壺。第二天一早出門的時候，女主人邀請我們喝咖啡，因為司機已經在等候，我們感激的謝絕了。女主人馬上回房間遞給我們一個漂亮的紙口袋，匆忙上車後才打開看到，五衹牛角包，有薩拉米腸，火腿，奶酪，焦糖味，感動到説不出話來。這是來到意大利遇到的最高規格的禮遇，讓我們感受到異國他鄉的温暖善良。期待不久後再次相見！

地理位置很好很安全，旁邊都是市政府領事館，去景點都是走路的，很方便，host兩個夫妻人非常熱情友好，介紹了附近餐廳景點，還免費送咖啡早餐！以後來羅馬還會選擇這家的~

The boss and the proprietress are very enthusiastic. You can enjoy drinks such as water, cola, and coffee. There is no charge, and breakfast is not included, but the boss will prepare coffee and croissants for you. The hotel is also very clean and very quiet. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train station. 20 minutes from Plaza España, not far away

Wunderschön! sehr freundliche Begrpssung mit tollen Erklärungen, Tipps. Sofort wurden erfrischende Getränke und Snacks organisiert. Alles sehr sauber. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und geschätzt. Sehr sympathische Gastgeber, immer finden sie Zeit, sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Lage und dennoch ruhig. Schön eingerichtet. Sehr gerne wieder!

We loved our 3 nights at this beautiful property. The room was really clean, spacious and had all the comforts that we deem important for a stay: quiet at all times, fully equipped bathroom, good space for wardrobe and suitcases. The complimentary breakfast was super nice, great coffee and cappuccino plus fresh fruit and croissants. The location is in a residential area, a mere 15 mins walk to the historic centre. We walked everywhere also at night and we found it to be super safe.
To top it all, Nicole and Antonio are super nice, always spoiling us and taking time for a chat and to share tons of local recommendations. They deeply care about your stay and go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back when in Rome.

This accommodation is first class.Nicole and Antonio were available at all times to help make our stay in Rome extra special.The accommodation is within easy access to Termini station/Metro and main attractions in Rome.Lovely restaurants just around the corner. I loved the place very much and the treatment that Nicole and Antonio give you is unbeatable, one of the best places I have been to, they have incredible details, and they pay attention to whether you are comfortable or not. Furthermore, the hotel is in a very safe area, lot of supermarkets around , and 15-minute walk from the historic center. There are also several highly recommended restaurants in the surrounding area. The rooms are very clean and with all the extras. I recommend it 100% to everyone .Upon arrival until departure everything was perfect and it was a very clean place to stay which is very important .Antonio treated us like we know each other for 30 years and definitely when I go to Rome again I will stay there again and cant think any other place to stay .Thank you dear Antonio and Nicole and lots of love from Istanbul - Turchia .
