The hostess brought us cupcakes and drinks. After checking in, she gave us a detailed introduction to the use of room facilities and told us that all the drinks in the minibar are free, and we can find them if we need anything. And it is rare to have slippers, complete toiletries and kettles in Italian hotels. When we went out early the next morning, the hostess invited us to have coffee, because the driver was waiting, we gratefully declined. The hostess immediately returned to the room and handed us a beautiful paper bag.
