Our stay at the JK Place was great, the only thing that disappointed us was the tour service the hotel booked for us. Our tour felt rushed, and while the guide was very kind to us, it was difficult for us to follow her because of her English. We would have been okay with this kind of service at a different price point, but for what we paid, I have to admit I'm very disappointed.

Il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto a fornire consigli sui luoghi da visitare e ad assicurarsi che gli ospiti abbiano un soggiorno piacevole. La colazione a buffet è abbondante e variegata, con opzioni per tutti i gusti. Inoltre, la posizione centrale permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi le principali attrazioni turistiche, come il Colosseo, il Vaticano e la Fontana di Trevi. L'Hotel Roma Elegante è davvero la scelta perfetta per un soggiorno indimenticabile nella città eterna.

Wonderful 3 night stay in Rome with the family including three teenagers. Amazing location, comfortable beds, great service and just an absolute delightful hotel. Breakfast is delicious, especially the fresh mint tea! I had a hard time deciding between all the reviews on tripadvisor but so glad we chose JKRoma.

Without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we have had . From the contact prior to our arrival and the warmest welcome on arrival ! Room was spacious and elegant , bed was super comfy , staff were exceptional! Location is fabulous . Food was superb. Can not fault this place !

THE BEST HOTEL IN ROME!!!! And we have stayed at all of the 5 star properties. We Will Now Never Stay Anywhere Else but JK Place! This boutique hotel is the best possible mix of classic, chic, and yet modern. It is immaculately clean, beautifully appointed rooms and common areas/restaurants. Every single staff member goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful at every turn. The breakfast is absolute PERFECTION!!! So elegant, SO DELICIOUS!!!!! The lovely and friendly manager came and sat with us just to chat a few minutes---SO NICE!!!!! There was a gorgeous and delicious birthday cake in our room for my husband, as well as a lovely bottle of wine, and plenty of complimentary snacks, that were re-filled regularly. This hotel is on such a quiet and charming little street, yet still centrally located!! Just a few short blocks to the Spanish Steps. We will never stay anywhere else in Rome. This hotel is PERFECTION.

JK Place is a very special hotel. The decor is beautiful in all areas of the hotel and the attention to detail in the rooms is fantastic. The beds are comfortable it’s spotlessly clean everywhere, the location is great, right in the centre, we walked easily to most places but taxis came quickly when required. We ate in the restaurant the evening of our arrival and had a lovely meal and the choice at breakfast was exceptional. The staff are as special as the hotel, they are all so welcoming and friendly and helpful, they make you feel relaxed as soon as you arrive! It’s a hotel you feel you could go back to time and again and we will definitely be staying there on our next visit to Rome.
