Hotel in the center, very close to important tourist attractions, very large and clean rooms with a very friendly staff. Very good coffee, heat in the room, very easy access to the location, very central on the main street with luxury shops in Rome.

Delightful place in the center of Rome, on Via del Corso. A stone's throw from Piazza Spagna, shops, restaurants. Very clean and spacious rooms. What makes this location even more special is the attention and discretion of the owners. Andreea and Ovidiu are extremely kind, cordial and very helpful, making us feel at home, an example of true hospitality.

We were very happy with our one night stay. There was no reception or anyone to check you in which I was a little worried about. We arrived at the Hotel 1 pm. And there was no one there. We knew this from previous reviews. Receptionist is only there in the morning from 9 am - 10:30 am to answer any questions or concerns. make sure you check your email with special code on how to enter and your room number. Code is used to enter the main front door and the receptionist area where your rooms are on the second floor. check your email!!’ email is very important Otherwise you are left with no way to get in. Our stay was really great. We are a family of 4. We were very comfortable. Our room was very roomy. 1 Double bed and 2 twin size beds . Perfect for our family. Walking distance to everywhere. We thought we would need transportation our farthest tour (the coliseum) but we walked it 25-30 min . Restaurants and shops everywhere. 4 short blocks to Spagna Metro. Spanish steps. Walking distance to TreVi Fountain and Pantheon. Our return flight home was not until much later in the day so once you checked out you were able to leave your luggage by the reception. Visable to other guests staying. Wish they had a separate locked area for luggage storage. Our luggage was fine we left it there for about 4 hours. Taxis by spagna metro . Taxis in abundance by Spagna metro . About 50 euro FCO Airport. Overall very good location. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

So it’s interesting place, run by a very nice man Ovi. Room are nice but needs improvement but then again it’s B&B and not a hotel so you expect what you pay for. Location is outstanding, if you don’t care about 2 star B&B it’s the best bet you have. Place is clean but small.

Best locarion to look around rome and staffs are very kind !!

Good B&B in a great location. Privately run by one man show Ovi. He is the owner of the place. Rooms are good but needs an update and need better cleaning. Since it was dusty. Air conditioning is weak and not able to adjust yourself. Good service form the owner who is very nice guy. If you don’t care about any hotel type facilities then this is a great option as a 2 star residence.
